Six Sentence Sunday, March 27
I’m giving you a taste of Emma and the Air Pirates this week, my steampunk/fantasy. I love Emma, she’s so sassy:
“I don’t see why I should go to see any friend of yours. How do I know I can trust him?”
“There’s no way I can make any guarantees. I can only tell you I give you my word that he’s an honest man.”
“The word of a pirate. Surely there can be no greater word to have.”

I think I say the same thing every week…Love Emma! Fun six!
Sassy indeed! And I love me some pirates. 😀
Great six! Definitely enjoyed the interaction between Emma and the Air Pirates.
Oh, pirates! I love pirates!
LOl, yeah, who’d take the word of a pirate? hehe Nice six!
Air pirates! How fun.
I could just see the look on the character’s face when that sarcastic remark was made
Emma is great! Go, Emma! Lovely six.
I can just imagine the level of sarcasm in her last line.
LOL! She’s just great!
Love a strong heroine!
Great adventure feeling in the dialogue. She knows he’s an untrustworthy rogue and yet…!
Sassy is right. Who would trust a pirate’s word? (Unless we’re talking Johnny Depp here, then would words even be needed?)
I love sassy characters! Great six!
